GUIDELINES FOR PARENTS
-
Parents are requested to promptly inform the school of any changes in their address, designation, or telephone number by directly contacting the respective class teacher.
-
It is highly recommended for parents to regularly check the school portal/website to stay informed about school activities and other important information.
-
We greatly appreciate it if messages intended for the school or teachers are conveyed either in person or in writing. Relaying messages through children, friends, or guardians via word-of-mouth is discouraged.
-
Parents are permitted to meet the Headmistress (HM) and teachers during designated visiting hours. Scheduling an appointment in advance for a meeting with the HM is highly appreciated.
-
Parents must ensure that their children join the school on the specified date at the beginning of each term or after each vacation.
-
It is strongly discouraged to take leave during regular school days, unless it is due to an emergency. In such cases, parents are responsible for ensuring that their children make up for the missed studies. The school will provide guidance to bring the students up to speed with the missed classes.
-
Parents are requested to ensure that their wards do not bring any items of significant value to the school premises. The school cannot be held responsible for any loss of valuable belongings.
-
Parents must ensure that their children attend school in a neat and properly ironed complete uniform.
-
Parents are requested not to collect their children during school hours. In the case of an emergency, the parent should personally visit the school or authorize another person to do so, accompanied by a written application bearing the parent's signature. Additionally, parents must convey the message telephonically to the relevant authority.
-
The School Diary serves as a communication tool with the school and will be provided in the month of April. Parents are required to check their child's diary daily and acknowledge its contents.
-
It is important to label all belongings of the child to facilitate easy identification in case of misplacement.
